So What is Cognitive Behavior Life Coaching?
Cognitive Behavior Coaching (CBC) is a powerful coaching model that draws on evidence based psychological models. It's a corporate and personal coaching technique used to enable those restricted by emotional or psychological barriers to reach their goals.
(CBC) was derived and developed from two separate source techniques. Firstly, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which was outlined in its contemporary form by psychiatrist and professor, Aaron Temkin Beck.
Secondly, and to a lesser extent, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), the work of Albert Ellis.
The strategies, activities, techniques and exercises used are effective in helping individuals identify and challenge individual thoughts, feelings and behavior's that are self-defeating.
Negative thinking leads to negative emotions and negative emotions lead to negative behavior's, all of which has an effect on an individual’s body.
The effective principle of CBC is this: what we think about a situation, affects how we feel about it. As we can control what we think of things, we can therefore subsequently control our feelings.
If someone can talk themselves into being miserable or ineffective they can talk themselves out of such feelings.

Yes I have Regrets, Who Doesn't ?
Yes I've made Mistakes, Who Hasn't ?
Yes like most adults life circumstances has caused me to experience Stress, Depression, & Anxiety.
HELL YES, I've Cussed, Screamed, Fought, & Cried!
But not Once, Did I ever let the negative thoughts keep me from loving my WHOLE SELF flaws & all!
